Between our two families we had mothers, daughters, sisters — all of us standing in vitamin aisles, flipping bottles over, reading ingredient lists and walking away disappointed. Either the ingredients were questionable, the quality felt off, or we just didn't trust what we were putting in our bodies.
We kept having the same conversation at the kitchen table:
"Why is it so hard to find a clean supplement we actually feel good about taking?"
Nobody had a great answer. So we decided to find one ourselves.

Would we give this to our own families?
If the answer wasn't an immediate yes — it didn't make the cut. That standard hasn't changed since day one and it never will.
